Rosario "Frank" Baldissero, 93, of Vineland passed away on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 6, 2011.
Frank was born and raised in Buena, and remained a lifelong Vineland city resident. He was the son of the late Josephine and Thomas Baldissero and the husband of the late Lena (Fiamingo) Baldissero, who died in February 2010. He also was predeceased by his brother, Biagi Baldissero; as well as his sisters, Dora Albano and Angie Bassano.
Before retiring with 37 years of service, Mr. Baldissero was employed by LoBiondo Brothers as a truck driver. He was a member of the Teamsters Union No. 676. He was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church. Mr. Baldissero enjoyed woodworking, baseball, race-car driving and traveling.
He is survived by four sons, Thomas Baldissero and his wife Linda of Pine Hill, Robert Baldissero and his wife Geraldine of Vineland, Richard Baldissero and his wife Kathy of Pittsgrove and Frank Baldissero and his fiancée Peggy Wright of Franklinville; one daughter, Marilyn Webb and her husband Joseph H. of Pittsgrove; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews
Relatives and friends will be received from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. today at the Parish of the Holy Cross - Church of St. Mary's, 732 Morton Ave., Rosenhayn, where his funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery, Vineland.

Sorry to hear of Frank"s passing and that I could not be there personally due to a prior hunting trip schedule. We know you will miss him. I remember him as a good and dedicated family man.Always hard working. Remember him building his house. If every citizen was like him, there would be no need for a police force.
