Louise Sebastian Obituary
Louise was born in New London, on August 5, 1937, the daughter of late Joseph and Bertha Epps. She is predeceased by her husband, William "Neeze Mattuck" Sebastian Sr.
Louise worked for Ruby Glass as their accountant for 15 years. She loved shopping, working on her flower garden and attending powwows.
Louise is predeceased by her brother, Joseph Epps Jr.; and sister, Kathleen Epps.
She is survived by her brother, James Epps Sr.; son, Ashbow Sebastian and wife, Colleen; daughter, Dawn Rocha and husband, Allen; son, Mark Sebastian and wife, Linda; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at the Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington St., New London.
The family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be considered in Louise's memory to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

My heart goes out to Billy, Dawn and Mark. Your mother was a warm, loving and giving woman. She will be missed dearly by us all. Her spirit was strong the last time we spoke only a couple weeks ago, and her laughter still fills my head and my heart. It's how I will remember her.
We found and renewed our friendship after 40 years; that was just a few months ago. My selfish side asks how could she be lost again so soon? Perhaps it was me who was lost, until she let me back into her life. Be strong and remember all the good times and the fact that we were all rewarded with a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend.

To my Dawnie Rae, Albee and Brianna - Momma Louise was the best - she always had a smile on her face - last years Halloween party was the best with her. A memory I will always remember is when recently Dawnie in the hospital and I had a situation at work and needed advice from my Dawnie and momma Louise was there also - both my Dawnie and Louise both looked at me and said get your butt back over to the office and let your new boss know what happened - just drive as fast as you can and don't stop or look back - and I did what they both told me to do - if it wasn't for Dawnie and Louise I would have never confronted a situation Thank you momma Louise.
