New London - Louise E. Sebastian, 76, of New London, passed away in her sleep on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital.

Louise was born in New London, on August 5, 1937, the daughter of late Joseph and Bertha Epps. She is predeceased by her husband, William "Neeze Mattuck" Sebastian Sr.

Louise worked for Ruby Glass as their accountant for 15 years. She loved shopping, working on her flower garden and attending powwows.

Louise is predeceased by her brother, Joseph Epps Jr.; and sister, Kathleen Epps.

She is survived by her brother, James Epps Sr.; son, Ashbow Sebastian and wife, Colleen; daughter, Dawn Rocha and husband, Allen; son, Mark Sebastian and wife, Linda; and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at the Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington St., New London.

The family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be considered in Louise's memory to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
