Edward Moreash Obituary
He was born May 14, 1941, in Groton, a son of the late Fred M. and Ruth (Perlatti) Moreash and had lived in eastern Connecticut for most of his life. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a retired construction laborer.
He is survived by three sons, Edward M. Moreash Jr. of Moosup, Gene Moreash of Plainfield, and Bryan Moreash of New York; a brother, Harold Moreash of Ledyard; five sisters, Vera Shaw of Pawcatuck, Anna Mae Bielik of Ohio, Patricia Young and Gladys Mitchell, both of Maine, Shirley Jones of South Carolilna; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Fred Moreash.
Funeral and burial are private.
Dougherty Bros. Funeral Home, Plainfield, has care of arrangements.
