Cathy & Kathy,
I want you both to know how sorry I am for the passing of your beloved husband and father. My thoughts are with you and your family at this most difficult time.
I have very fond memories of working with you Cathy and you speaking so admirably of "your Peter".
Kathy...many years have flown by but I
still remember you as not just a classmate but a friend. I always will remember your respect and gratitude for your Mom and Dad. May your Dad rest in peace.
I love you both,

Kristin I want to say what beautiful
work all of you did on the pictures , the mass , songs and readings for your grandfather. I am sure he was looking down at all of you and would say "a job well done and I am very proud."
The love all of you had for your grandfather and your grandmother was shown with much courage during a very difficult time.
Your grandfather fought a great fight, his battle is done and now
he is at peace. His gentle touch
remains in the hearts of those who loved him best and that is his family and most of all his wonderful grandchildren.
MUCH LOVE TO ALL OF YOU.
Sincerely Monica

I served with "Ski" and last saw him on the Seawolf in 1964. He was a truly nice person and I am proud to have known him. He made a friend of a young man from California (who now lives in Maryland). We had a mutual friend with Bernard Steadman. I am happy to see that "Ski" led a full and happy life and I know that he will be missed.

To my Connecticut family, Cathy, Kristen, Patty and grandchidren: I am so overcome with grief for the loss of a man who started our friendship as a camping member of the N.E. Scotty Club and went on to become our beloved "brother". I will ALWAYS remember Peter sitting in that PA campground, knitting an afghan that Cathy had started about 20 years previously. Peter, you were GOOD! Many years have passed, many laughs and ALWAYS, ALWAYS THE CARING, LOVE AND RESPECT of a great family man. We will miss you. Your Dedham, MA family, Fran and family.

Cathy and family, though I personally did not have the opportunity to grow up next door I feel as though I did through the whole "Quay" family. With the many memories we have all shared, laughed at, and the loses that we had shared I feel as though I did grow up along with the "Quay" family, plus being married to a Peter Quay for 26 yrs. You and Pete were part of our 25th Anniversary party and am so glad that we had the time to enjoy your loving arms during that special time with us. Though we may not live next door any longer, Pete along with your whole family will as always be as thought of as one large family - Quay's and Byczkowski's the many memories that we've shared..
