Jeanne Stutts Obituary

In loving memory of Jeanne Stutts, 77, who passed away at her home in Desert Hot Springs, Calif. Jeanne passed away September 30, 2010 from congestive heart failure. The family suggests in place of flowers to please make a donation to the Orphan Pet Oasis in North Palm Springs in Jeanne's name. We love you Mom, hi to Dad.

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother, Jeanne. I had the privilege of meeting her at Desert Hospital recently when she shared a room with my Mother (Dorothy Martelli) who also sadly left us on Sept 28th. In the short time I was able to spend with Jeanne, I found her to be a wonderful woman who had a great sense of humor and I so enjoyed the conversations we had. If there is any comfort I can give her family it would be that she spoke often of how much she loved all of you and of course her companion Misty. I’ve never in my life heard a cat (Misty)“talk” on a phone before until I met Jeanne and I’m sure I won’t ever again. She got the biggest kick out of that conversation and the memory of it still makes me smile. She was so proud of Misty for entertaining us and I laughed for days afterwards. Jeanne truly was a wonderful woman and I know she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. May the wonderful memories of your Mother and Grandmother bring comfort to all of you during this sad time in your lives.
