Carol Coleman-Singh Obituary

Carol Ann Coleman-Singh, 73, passed away Sunday (Sept. 16, 2018) at her home in Newton. She was born Jan. 16, 1945, in Newton, the daughter of Lester and Anna May Stamm.

Carol spent a lifetime helping others, locally and in surrounding communities, with a career in social services.

On Dec. 8, 2009, she married Bill Ebenstein in Newton; he survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Ahmee Singh of Newton; a daughter, Pamela Bell of Topeka; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Kashmir; and a granddaughter, Violet.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 20, 2018) at Petersen Funeral Home, with private burial at a later time.

Memorials have been established with Caring Hands Humane Society and Harvey County Big Brothers Big Sisters in care of the funeral home. Petersen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.petersenfuneralhome.com.
