Howard Douglas Eads "Doug"

Howard Douglas Eads, age 71 of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at his residence.

A celebration of his life will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Danny Eads officiating. Burial in Baggett Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m., Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Eads was born December 1, 1943 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Etha Tuberville Eads; his brothers, Ray Eads, Hubert Eads, Lee Eads and William Robert Eads.

He was a Baptist, an avid hunter and a mechanic.

Survivors include his brothers, James Eads, Walter Eads; sisters, Betty Eads, Becky Lee, Cherry Hamilton and Martha Brashear.

Pallbearers will be Chris Lee, Kevin Lee, Tim Eads, Gary Hamilton, Bobby Eads, Dennis Eads, Kenneth Brashear, Jerry Eads. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chip Holt, Randall Hamilton, Bobby Joe Eads, Landon Lee, Colton Lee, Brady Lee, Addie Lee, Chloe Markin and J.L. Sexton.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Distrophy Association, 3354 Perimeter Hill, Nashville, TN 37211.
