Naron Alford Parker

Naron Alford Parker, age 70 of Clarksville, TN, passed away at his residence on Friday, March 15, 2013.

He was born December 1, 1942 in Indian Mound, TN, son of the late JB Parker and Kathie Edna Milliken Parker. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Faye Parker.

Survivors include a son, Jeffery Parker, Clarksville, TN; four brothers, Larry Parker (Norma), Jackson, TN, Gilbert Parker, Jerry Parker (Juanita) and Kelly Parker (Parker Ann), all of Clarksville; brother-in law, Jimmy Hester (Maudie); and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Maxie Milliken officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, 1-4 p.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.

Naron was a loving and devoted father to Jeffery. He was a member of Plumber's and Pipefitter's Local Union #572 and the Queen City Masonic Lodge #761.

The Parker family would like to thank Naron's extended family of Anderson Piping Company for their faithful support and encouragement.

Gilbert, I remember visiting Jeffery in the hospital on a father's day about 10 yrs ago, and Naron was sitting proudly next to his boy.
