ZINN, 70
DUNNELLON, FL. - Sondra Sisk Zinn, 70, of Dunnellon, Florida, formerly of Lakeland, Florida, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at the West Marion Community Hospital, Ocala, Florida.
Sondra was a talented artist who was educated at the University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico. She was very passionate about animals, the environment and nature. She enjoyed reading, playing her piano and intellectual conversation.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 am Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Lakeland, with Father Rev. Robert K. Smith officiating.
Survivors include her husband Robert W., Dunnellon, her loving canine companion Fancy, one son, three daughters, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brother-in-law Eddie "Noodles" Whitaker, cousins Bing and Ken Sisk.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society of Polk County, 555 Sage Road, Winter Haven, Florida 33881, 863-324-5227.

I was just talking about Sondra and her wonderful Mom the other day. I used to stay with their family when my family would take trips because I didn't travel well. Very sad to read she's gone on to see her Mom again.
