LAKELAND - Estelle Thompson, age 83, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, in Lakeland, FL of heart failure.
She was born on Sept. 14, 1926 in Plant City, Fl.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lee A,nder and Bessie Mae Arrington, husband Frank Thompson, brothers, Lee and Billy Arrington, sisters Helen Lee and Betty Jean Raulerson. She is survived by five children: Dave (Kay) Arrington, Dan (Linda) Arrington, Cleve (Lisa) Thompson, Richard (Barbara) Thomp-son, Linda (Al) King; one sister: Pauline (Richard) Hughes; 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and best friend Mrs. Lulu Hall.
Gravesides services will be at Oak Hill Burial Park on 12-17-09 at 11 AM. Arrangements are being handled by Central Florida Casket Store & Funeral Chapel, 2090 East Edgewood Drive, Lakeland, FL.

Mema you will be missed.She was the last grandparent I had alive but shes still alive in my heart. I will never forget my childhood memories with my grandmother and grandfather.Christmas will be hard this year but i am so thankful i got to spend one last Thanksgiving with her this year. Mema take care and im glad your with papa again. I will look over my momma for you in this hard time. Goodbye for now but not forever. I love you!!!

It was such a pleasure taking care of "Granny" which I affectionally called her. I will truly miss her and her favorite saying "oohh". My prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
