LAKE ALFRED - Elijah Thomas Sample 20, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017.
Born in Tampa on April 5, 1997 he was a lifelong resident of the area and worked as a Wall Setter in the Construction Industry. A 2016 Graduate of Auburndale High School. He was active in playing high school soccer and refereeing recreational and competitive soccer at Lake Myrtle Soccer Complex in Auburndale. Elijah was of the Baptist faith and attended The First Baptist Church at the Mall.
He loved spending time with his friends and enjoyed nature, especially the beach. A loving son, grandson and friend he will be dearly missed.
Elijah was preceded in death by a twin brother Sean Sample. He is survived by his parents Tommy and Christina Sample. Three brothers Aaron Sample and his son Carter. Kyle Sample his wife Kelsey and their daughter Gracie. Tyler Sample and his Fiancé Dana. Grandmother Kathleen Tuttle and Jerry. Grandparents Ron and Brenda Sweet. Grandparents Tom and Shirley Sample. Five uncles Ron Sweet Jr., Ryan Sweet (Christina), Todd Tuttle (Corey), Troy Tuttle and Larry Sample (Loraine). Two Aunts Teresa Counsel (Henry) and Tina Burns (John). Numerous cousins and extended family members and friends.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, July 22nd from 2-3pm at the Life Church 581 Berkley Rd. Auburndale, FL 33823. With a Celebration of Life Service starting at 3pm. Condolences may be made to the family at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
