Juan Fonseca Obituary
McALLEN - Juan Jose Fonseca, 59 years of age, passed away on December 11, 2008, in McAllen at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. He was born on February 2, 1949 in McAllen and is a lifetime resident. Mr. Fonseca was a retired truck driver with Texas Carriers. He is survived by:
7 Children, Michael John (Yolanda) Fonseca , Amie (Bruno) Fonseca, Marcos (Maria) Salazar, John Michael (Jessica) Fonseca, Javier (Cheryl) Fonseca, Imelda Fonseca, Melissa Fonseca; 1 sister, Maria Mata ; 2 brothers, Jose Luis Fonseca and Jesse Fonseca; and 10 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Maria Delia Fonseca and his Parents; Jose and Guadalupe Fonseca.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Marcos Salazar, Michael Fonseca, Javier Fonseca, Agassi Valls, Agustus Zuniga, Bruno Zuniga, Ricky Mata and Jose Luis Fonseca.
Visitation will begin on Monday, December 15, 2008, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. visitation will resume on Tuesday at 9 a.m. with departure from the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. to Valley Memorial Gardens for a 2 p.m. graveside service. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan, McAllen, Texas 78501 (956) 686-2224.
