Randall was born on August 27, 1968, in East Lansing, the son of Joseph and Sarah (White-Pigeon) Sprague. He was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and worked for the Tribe. Randy was a good son, brother, and uncle. He loved his nieces and nephews so much. He treated them as if they were his own! They in return loved him so much. He fought a courageous battle with cancer until he couldn't do it anymore. Our brother, Hank was by his side from his surgery and other treatments until the end. You are our hero, Hank. Randall is survived by brothers, George Sprague, Lewis (Connie) Sprague, Joe Sprague, Jr. (Melita Trepanier), Henry (Sue) Sprague, Matt Sprague, and Tim Sprague; sisters, Alberta Popma, JoAnne (Tyne) Peters, Marian (Andy) Falcon; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; sister-in-law, Sandy Sprague; brother-in-law, Dan Popma; and special friend, Lisa Heintz.
Randall was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Sprague; father, Joseph Sprague, Sr.; sister, Linda Rose Shomin; brother-in-law, Paul Shomin; sister-in-law, Angela Hart Wemigwans; and three nieces and a nephew.
