Voady "Key" Singleton

1937 - 2016

VOADY "Key" SINGLETON, departed this life on Friday, March 11, 2016 at the age of 78. Voady was born on August 28, 1937 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Dixie Magee Singleton and the late Greene Singleton. He later met and married his first wife Elois Foxworth Singleton and his second wife Elise Singleton, both of whom preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his remembrance to his beloved son, Jeffrey Michael Singleton (Sandra), three grandsons; Larandall Dion Guy, Jeffrey Michael Singleton, Jr. and Jeremy Terrell Singleton, as well as his sister LaDoris Smith (E.L.), three brothers; Lovern Singleton (Shirley), James Singleton and Jerry Singleton. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his sister, Annie Ruth Stewart. Relatives and friends are invited to his Homegoing Service on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 4:00 P.M. Interment service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Brandon Bay Methodist Church Cemetery, 24 Brandon Bay Church Road, Tylertown, MS 39667 for 12:00 Noon.
