Kim Falgout

Kim Diodene Falgout passed away at her home in Pearl River, Louisiana on Wednesday June 07, 2017. She was born in Hawaii on March 14, 1960 and although her path to New Orleans was a meandering one, she embodied hospitality like a true Southern lady. Kim was an archetypal caretaker in that she placed great emphasis on the comfort and wellbeing of those in her life. A firm believer in the tenet that the quickest way to someone's heart is through the stomach, she loved to prepare large meals for her family and friends and always sent people home with extra helpings of food and love. She was preceded in death by her soulmate and loving husband of thirty-six years, Kreg Falgout. Kim is mourned by her daughter Monique Falgout and her husband Bobby, as well as her daughter Kali Falgout and her husband Tim. She was a doting and beloved Mere to her six grandchildren Luke, Noah, Marley, Remy, Alexis, and Dominic, as well as a devoted daughter and step-daughter of Geraldine and Sunny St. Pelcovich; daughter of Gerald Diodene. Mrs. Falgout was the protective elder sister of Cherie Diodene Kelly, Godmother and aunt of Tarah, Brie, and Jack, as well as a loving niece to Jerry and Joann St. Pe. Step-sister of Michelle (Joe Sepulvado), and Sue Quincy. She would have liked special thanks to go out to her close friends Lynn, Susan, Gary, Vickie, Greg, Jodi, and Bob, and to all of her Angels. A Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 17 beginning at 11:30 am at Patton's, located at 127 Cleveland Ave, Slidell, Louisiana 70458.
