Audra June DeMoss

TIFFIN: Audra June DeMoss, 78, of Tiffin, died at 9:45 p.m., Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo as a result of an automobile accident.

June was born on November 28, 1934 in Tiffin, to the late Robert "Bobby" and Audra I. (Rosenberger) Johnson.

She married John "Jack" DeMoss at Shiloh United Methodist Church on April 1, 1954 and he survives in Tiffin.

Survivors include her children, Danny DeMoss of Fremont, Diane (Steve) Weisenauer of Clayton, NC, Elaine (Phil) Lee of Tiffin, Liz (Randy) Marks of Tiffin; nine grandchildren, Malory Sykes, Derek and Deven Huber, Lauren Kline, Justin Lee, Audra Rammel, Emily Perkins, Alexa and Elijah Cleveland; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jane (Ray) Fry of Republic, Jeannette Fry of Old Fort and Jackie (Scot) Roberts of Alabama.

June was a homemaker and a member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church, a former member of the Old Fort Flames, a 1953 graduate of Old Fort High School and enjoyed cooking, canning and her garden. June was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

June was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Jacques Johnson.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August, 17, 2013 at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory in Tiffin with Pastor Becky Jones officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, from 5-8 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Saturday, at Pleasant Union cemetery.
