Patrick Riser Obituary
Funeral services for Patrick Adam "Ricky" Riser, Sr., 68 of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 8, 2013 at McGuire United Methodist Church. Rev. Scott Adams and Rev. Chris McClain will officiate. Interment will follow at Riser Cemetery, Ruston, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Ricky was born March 23, 1945 in Mobile, Alabama and passed away September 2, 2013 in Monroe. He was a member of McGuire United Methodist Church, West Monroe, LA. Ricky loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time in the north Louisiana woods hunting and fishing. Rick was a fan of the West Monroe Rebels. He also enjoyed playing dominoes with his friends at the BBHC Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat C. Riser and Dorothy Hogg Riser.
Ricky is survived by his wife of 43 years, Becky; sons, Bo Riser and Jay and his wife Rachel Mayer Riser.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Aulds, Buddy Aulds, Fred Riser, Richard Perot, Byron Breard, Paul Hobgood.
Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Pittard and Woody Woodcock and members of Bear Branch Hunting Club, Chris Nolen, Robert Welch, Brad Brashier, Bobby Woffard, Tim Holbrook, B.J. Welch, Todd Gates, Buck Guillory, Don Williams, Gail Brashier and Petey Griggs.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

I was so sorry to hear of Ricky's passing. He and I were not real close but I considered him a friend and we always seemed truly glad when we would see each other. I especially enjoyed seeing him at the "Lunch Bunch" crowd until I moved to KS. You all will be in my prayers in the coming days & weeks.
