Funeral Services for Melissa Ann Ramsey, 46, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00AM Wednesday, December 11, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Shane Creech officiating. Interment will follow in Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens Cemetery.

Melissa was born on September 6, 1967 and passed away on December 8, 2013. Melissa was a hard working self-employed owner of Knighten LLC. She was retired from the United States Navy Reserve. Melissa loved traveling, fishing, and swimming.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Ramsey; children, Megan Ramsey Pipes and husband Michael, and Jacob Ramsey; two grandchildren, Gavin and Nathan Pipes; mother, Elizabeth Bourg Givens; three sisters, Angela Eubanks and husband Joel, Shannon Thomas, and Eugenia Norrell; and two brothers, Dusty Hamilton and wife Crystal, and Thomas Knighten, Jr.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Ramsey, Dusty Hamilton, Adam Thomas, Michael Pipes, Lawrence Bourg Jr, and Kevin Bayles.

Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
