Dale Keith Howdeshell

Passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011 during a brief stay at Panorama Conv. Center. He was surrounded by his wife and children. He is survived by Barbara (Lovitt), his wife of 61 years, 5 children, Cathy Howdeshell of Shelton, Deborah McLain (Darren Eggers) and Toni LaFaire (Frank) of Olympia, Bruce Howdeshell (Carol Ann) of Florida, and Rebecca Watkins (Joe Fritsch) of Texas; eight grandchildren, Aimee Cazalet, Christina Howdeshell, Brianna Doyle, Ryan Doyle, Tristan Howdeshell, Bruce K. Howdeshell,II, Carlee and Madeline Watkins. Also 7 great-grandchildren. We would like to say a special "thank you" to the nurses and staff at Panorama Conv. Center for the wonderful care they gave to Daddy and the compassion that they showed our family. There will be a Celebration of Life (Potluck) on Sat., June 4th, 2011, at 1pm at the Thurston County Posse Hall, 5949 Maytown Rd., Littlerock, WA. So sorry to hear of Dale's passing. I have read that at the moment of death there are only two things that matter: 1) am I loved, and 2) did I love well? I am sure that the answers to those questions comforted him in those last hours with his family at his side. I loved seeing the pictures you posted!
