I am so sad to hear of Gary's passing. I don't know anyone who didn't love Gary. I will miss his smile and hugs. My love to Betty and the enite Cole family.

I just received the news that Gary is gone. He was such an incredible Christian man with high ethics and such wisdom. I will truly miss him and I'm so honored to have been the first person he baptized. Much love to Betty, family and other friends.

I miss Gary already. He was an outstanding man of character, and was a good friend to many, including me. He was a fine example of a strong Christian man. Even as his health was declining, he wanted to fight battles for others, and he kept trying to act normal (this was not easy, given all his body was enduring). Sure, it is bittersweet when people we love go on to eternity and we're confident of their destiny. However, it's hard because we want them with us. I hurt for Betty and the rest of the family. I hurt, too, because I'm going to miss my friend, Gary, very much. So will the rest of the church and everyone else he's touched. 'Prayers, thoughts, and support to the family.
