Jackie Bryan Obituary

Jackie Lee Bryan

Jackie Lee Bryan received her eternal reward on May 11, 2011, while delivering her final gift to the world. Her final moments were spent holding her husband's hand and with her entire family thinking about her.
Jackie's life revolved around her 5-Bryans, family and friends. She never hesitated to provide a shoulder for support or a sympathetic ear when needed. She lived for helping people whenever they were in need as if it was her calling. When she smiled at you, it wasn't to be polite; it was because she was truly happy to see you.
Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Gary; her children, Carysa Renee, Geordyn Robert, Jasper Garrett, and Briella Jackson; her parents, Barbara and Bob Sanderson of Warrenton, Oregon; her in-laws, Gary and Naomi Bryan; and her many loving family members and friends. Jackie has left behind a huge legacy of love and kindness that will be passed on for many generations.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 17, 2011, 5:00 p.m., at Funeral Alternatives Chapel of Memories, 2830 Willamette Drive NE, Lacey 98516. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at South Sound Manor, 455 North St. SE, Tumwater 98501.

Jax,
I will always carry your smile, laughter and patience in my heart. Being co-workers for the past 3-4 years, I have learned so much from you. When I think of you I also think of my father. He used to sing "You Are My Sunshine" to me daily. You were and will always be my sunshine. You gave of yourslef without question or thought. I thought my father had taught me everything about giving and loving my fellow man. Then you walked in the door with yor passion for love and life and I learned even more about giving. Jax, you are one of the most fantastic things that will ever come out of my YMCA affiliation. When I found that you loved Frogs I began to find them everywhere I went. I cannot Thank You or your family enough for sharing your gentle soul with me. You will always be in my memories and in my heart. Thank you Jax, for being you. I will see you one day and we can laugh and hug all over. In the mean time little Jax, know that you have impacted so many lives and that you will be a shining star in my life on a daily basis.

Jackie, My Best Friend, You may never know how much you meant to me or how badly my heart breaks to have to write this. You we're a gift to us that was taken much to early in life, from the first day we met at HVN to our last annual Christmas shopping trip, my life is forever changed. Oh how you could light up a room Jax, and how my heart smiled evertime I talked to you, how we laughed over morning coffee back in the day at the Village. You Jackie, created most of my best memories and we will share them together for eternity! I Love You My Dearest Friend!

Jax, you made a significant impact on every person who crossed your path. Your enthusiasm was contagious, to know you was to love you. I remember the first day we met, you were moving in to HVN, I immediately hired you for a leasing agent position, and we became coworkers and close friends for the next 3-4 years. At a time when I was far away from my family, you and your crew became my family, even including us in your plans on every holiday. Although we haven't kept in touch as well as I would have liked, you are frequently on my mind and I will forever regret not taking the time to make the trip to see you - I expected that we had forever - and knew that when I saw you again it would be like we were never apart. Although I have not seen your children since they were toddlers, I can tell that they are great kids and your memory will live on in them. You were a blessing to so many and you will be missed. There is a hole in my heart and tears in my eyes as I write this today, my prayers go out to your family and friends. God bless your baby girl Briella! Rest in peace my friend - someday we will meet again!

Jackie, my sweet, silly, always smiling, beautiful cousin. She may have left us in body but never in spirit. She left all of us four beautiful children, whom are fortunate enough to have their mothers wonderful qualities. Just remember her smile because you can be certain she will always be smiling on us.

My sister Julie spoke often of Jackie. Julie swims at the Y most mornings, and always enjoyed her warmth, smile-- but most of all her spirit! While I did not know her personally, I feel I did through my sister. My prayers go out to all of you. May the love of friends bring you comfort. May the love of God ultimately bring you peace.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. It's comforting to know that God cares for all of us. The Bible gives us hope that one day we can see our loved ones again. On behalf of all mankind Jesus surrendered his soul. John 15:13 says “No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul on behalf of his friends.” Truly I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and I hope these few words will bring you comfort and hope.
