Joyce L. Clark

Joyce L. Clark, of Olympia, passed away March 13, 2011 at her home due to diabetes related illness. She was born October 2, 1932 in Toppenish WA to Neil Landrus and Edna Roberts. She was married to Bob Clark and together they raised four children. Peggy Rogers (Jim) of Olympia; Brenda Hardwick of Wasilla, AK; Ken Clark (Shirley) of Shelton; and Roger Clark (Sylvia) of Absarkee, MT. Joyce was an avid reader, big fan of Western Movies, and loved touring old towns and historical mansions. In addition to her children, Joyce is survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 sisters, 3 brothers and step mother, Betty Landrus of Clarkston, WA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, mother and step dad, Edna and Nate Smith, father, Neil Landrus, brother Jeff Smith and grandson Tracey Hardwick. A celebration of life for Joyce will be held April 23, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. at Funeral Alternatives, 2830 Willamette Dr NE, Lacey 98516.

Our prayers are with you and yours. Didn;t Joyce well,but liked her when We took Wanda and her to dinner. She was very nice and we certainly enjoyed her company. God Bless, Frank & Marie Rains, Shelton,Wa.
