You will be remembered fondly. You raised some of us, you put up with some of us (I remember some of those times...sorry), you cared about all of us. It’s the work you’ve done, not at the brewery, not with the land or a house, but with the lives you touched, the lives that will always benefit from your efforts. These are the things that will not be forgotten. While you sleep, we will all remember, looking forward to the day when the sun shines on our face, the pain of death is no more, and losing you is just a memory. - Revelation 21:3,4

My condolences to the Maresh family.
I knew Matt when he was my foreman when I worked at the Brewery for a short time. He was a very dedicated man. I am sure you will miss him.
