Leo LALONDE Obituary
September 27, 1924 - May 7, 2013
Leo passed away at Kinsmen's Lodge in Surrey, BC. He was predeceased by his beloved "Billie," Wilda Lalonde. He is survived by his daughter Barbara (James), grandchildren Len (Joanne), Laura (Stephen), Robert (Kristi), and Ryan (Tanya). Great-grandchildren are Christopher, Paige and Bradley. He was born in North Battleford, SK. and raised on the family farm. He served in the Army during WWII. He was always good natured and demonstrated a great sense of humour throughout his life. He devoted his life to his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren and they were his life's treasures after his retirement. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten by his family. Memorial Services will be held at Fraser Heights Chapel, 14835 Fraser Highway in Surrey, Monday, May 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. A donation to the Alzheimer's Society or any organization of your choice, in lieu of flowers is appreciated.

sad to hear of the pasing of a man who was a big part of my teen years, and although not seen as frequently in my adult life, always considered him a special force with his wonderful sense of humor and laugh--even when he called me "Carol"--our special joke
