We were so very sorry to hear the sad news about my cousin Carol. She was such a lovely serene personality and she will be missed by all. One of my memories of her was when she visited us here in Bath many years ago at a weekend when the weather was atrocious and there was a howling gale. Carol had travelled up from Poole where she had been windsurfing earlier in the day - she complained that it hadn't been windy enough!
A few years ago we visited Vancouver and had a lovely day out with Carol. Picture attached. Great memories.

So sorry to hear the news about my cousin Carol eventually losing the fight. She was much loved and admired and I was interested to read the entries in the Guest Book. I remember her father also teaching me to sail many moons ago!

So sad to hear that Carol lost the battle. A long time figure in the sailing/racing community, she was loved and respected and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Fair winds Carol, you will always be remembered.

So sorry to hear the news. She was one of my neighbours when I was a kid, spent lots of time climbing the cherry tree in their backyard. Hugs to Johanna, Evian and Stewart.

Carol was patient and knowledgeable, and always happy to share her technical expertise (and her chocolates!) In the almost 25 years we worked together I never heard her speak unkindly of anyone. I'll miss her.

Carol was a joy and a friend, she taught me to sail (we never won the Wednesday races, but we sure laughed) she reminded me to live every moment, to love friends & family and reach out to help others where you can. I will miss her indeed. My thoughts are with your family Carol.
