A Graveside Service for Betty Roberta Evanikoff, 86, will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. at Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery, with retired Rev. Dr. Su Schlagel presiding. Betty passed away at her Vacaville home on Sunday, Oct. 24, after a short bout with Leukemia. Betty was born on Feb. 4, 1924, in Winters, Calif. A longtime Vacaville resident for 60 years, she was married in 1942 and became a loving wife and mother with a great passion for learning something new every day. She enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening, road trips, going to Stinson Beach, reading, watercolor painting and her animals. She loved her family and friends. She will be remembered as an amazing lady with great humor and kindness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul.
She is survived by daughters Lynn Borello, Denise Lynch, Marsha Evanikoff and Joanne Molina; sons-in-law Jim Borello and Ed Molina; 5 grandchildren, Jeff and Trina Borello, Matt and Kim Borello and Taylor Molina as well as 5 great-grandchildren.
