Carolyn Leverenz Obituary

Oct. 17, 1929 - Oct. 24, 2010

At her children's request, there will be no formal services for Carolyn Marie Leverenz.

Lyndy, as she was affectionately known, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on the morning of Oct. 24. She bravely battled emphysema for the past 18 years and cancer for the past six years.

Lyndy was born in New Jersey to Allan and Gertrude Isaac on Oct. 17, 1929.

She was a devoted wife and mother.

Lyndy is survived by her beloved husband, Bill; eight children, one sister, 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her two brothers.

Arrangements are by Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home, 446-3233, www.vacahillschapel.com.

Bill & family May God comfort you and your loved ones. Wow 18 Grand children and 12 great grandchildren. May your family be a comfort to you as well.Remember God our Father loves you and your friends of the Active Adult class.
