Cynthia Ellis-Neal Obituary

Nov. 14, 1959 - Nov. 2, 2010

Cindy passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 2, after a long illness.

She was born on Nov. 14, 1959, in Woodland, Calif., to Kenneth and Joyce Ellis.

In 1972, she moved to Vacaville with mother and stepfather, Joyce and Ray Williams, where she went to school and graduated from Vacaville High School in 1978. She went on with her life and had two sons, Luke and wife Rita Neal of Fairfield and TJ Green of Vacaville. She was also a grandmother of two, Robert and Jesse Neal of Fairfield. Cindy is also survived by her companion of 14 years, Monte Kaufman of Vacaville; mother and stepfather, Joyce and Ray Williams of Oregon; sisters, Sharon Stroup of Ceres, Cathy Machek and Julie Garcia of Vacaville, and Julie Freedman of Elk Grove; and brothers, Art Williams of Dixon, and John Williams of Washington. She was also the aunt of four nieces and eight nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Ellis; and grandparents, Edwin and Elsie Heiser.

Cindy was a loving, caring person. She loved horses, going to the beach and watching soaps. We all loved her very much and she will be truly missed by all who knew her. Services will be private.

I miss you. Life is definitely not the same without you being the life of the party. I´m hoping everyone up there is enjoying spending their time with you. Your granddaughter looks exactly like you. I became a grandma . It has given a lot of meaning to my life.
