We met Bybee when he had the service station and we had Wash. Co. security patrol and watched his place. We found a few times that the closing clerk left the cash box out on the pumps and we had to call Bybee and from then on we was a dedicated customer. The last car we got he just showed up to the door and said Pete I think you'll like this, go try it out and when we got back he had the papers drawn up and laughed and said I knew you'd like it. He never missed sending a card or calling for our birthdays. He would drop by just to say hi. What a great man. The world will really miss him but heaven has gained a special person. By Bybee.

Bybee was the first salesman I met when I went to work for Newby's. I was out looking at the used cars trying to figure out what we had to sell and Bybee, not recognizing me came to see if he could help me. I had a little fun and played like I was a customer. In reality he helped me from that day on. He had a plentiful customer base because he treated people as he would like to be treated. He was always about the service. I can still see him hustling across the showroom in what was affectionately called the service station shuffle. He was a sweet, honest gentleman and an inspiration to us all. I will always admirer Bybee's integrity and willingness to help.
