Jessie Kulcycki Obituary
Jessie Kulcycki passed away at Bevan Village, Abbotsford, B.C. on Feb 12, 2017 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her husband, Ben; her parents Alice and John Seymour; brothers, Jack, Fred and George Seymour. She is survived by her daughters, Gail Peterson, Lynn Baldwin, Fern Beairsto (Jim) and son Joe (Sopha). Jessie was born in the rural municipality of Juniata, Saskatchewan on March 6th, 1919. She was employed as an accountant in Saskatoon SK. In 1946 she married Ben. They moved to Humboldt SK. in 1947 where she happily resided for the next 60 years before taking up residence in Mission, B.C. She loved the summers spent at Waskesiu. A memorial service will be held on May 2, 2017 starting at 2:00 at Westminster United Church, 708 13th Ave, Humboldt, SK. Following the service, family will attend the cemetery next to the church where Jessie will be placed alongside her beloved husband Ben.
We wish to express our deep appreciation for the care and compassion Jessie received over the past 4 years at Bevan Village. Mom was always treated with dignity, respect and kindness for which we will always be grateful.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Schuler-Lefebvre Funeral Chapel in Humboldt. Those wishing to leave a message of sympathy may do so by emailing [email protected]. Our most heart-felt sympathies to all the Kulcycki kids from all the Daniels kids (Marlynn, Bruce, Jean-Anne and Beryl). We were so sad to learn of your Mom's passing. She was a wonderful lady and I always looked forward to seeing her at church whenever my family and I were in Humboldt.
