My heart & prayers goes out to the Bell Family. I was lost for words when I found out this past Wednesday from Barry. I met Ricky last year & he helped me with getting my home.. He was such a loving & kind hearted person.. I just want the family to know that I really appericate everything Ricky did for me.. I called him about a month ago to thank him & let him know that I was about to do my closing.. I just really don't know what to say because I'm still in shock but I know he will be truly missed by many..

To the Bell family... I have known Ricky over the pass several years dealing in Real Estate...he came in my office one day and was SO happy...he had JUST found out he was going to be Dad... WOW.. he kept me up to date letting me know when they found out it was a girl etc... I know he loved his daughter very much... I too lost a son... age 23 yrs.. so I know the pain you are feeling... this is so sad for everyone.. we are NOT suppose to bury our children... my heart and love go out to you...Ann in Columbia, SC

May God bless and keep you safe in His arms for all of eternity, Ricky, and may God's blessings and infinite compassion be bestowed upon your family in this sorrowful time of their great ordeal .
Among your many accomplishments in this life was your membership on the Calgary Stampeders 2001 CFL championship team, and you are still fondly remembered by Stampeders fans here in Canada for your excellent contribution to that achievement.
From my own memory a fine athlete, and by all accounts, an even finer young man.

Can't believe this has happened. Not only was Rick a fine football player, he was a great person. He always seemed to have it together. I was telling one of our teammates today that I never saw Rick in need of a haircut. RIP Rick, you will be sorely missed.

Rick and I have known each other since we were 7 year old 2nd graders at Greenview. We attended Gibbes and Eau Claire together as well. It saddened me deeply when I learned of his passing. He was always a good friend and he will be be missed. From a school with a rich basketball history, Rick is definitely a EC legend in football. One of the best of all time. Rest easy, my friend.
