Margaret Cusick Obituary

Services are set for Margaret Mary McDonough Cusick, 87, Nativity Section of Scranton, who passed away peacefully on Nov. 8 in Portland, Ore.

She was the daughter of the late James and Ella McGoldrick McDonough.

Surviving are four sons, Patrick Cusick Jr., Brownsville, Texas; Jeffrey and Hugh Anthony Cusick, Scranton; and Dennis Cusick and his partner, Alan Dale, Portland, Ore.; a daughter, Ellen Sosler and husband, Richard, Campbell Hall, N.Y.; a brother-in-law, Francis Walsh, Scranton; sisters-in-law, Ann Jennings McDonough, Scranton; and Patricia Neville Cusick, Forty Fort; grandchildren, Bryan, Kari, Franics, and Megan; great-grandson, Daniel; and her beloved numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Nativity of Our Lord Church at St. John Neumann Parish, Scranton, celebrant the Rev. Michael Bryant, pastor.

Family will receive friends at the Eugene A. Cusick Funeral Home, 217 Jefferson Ave., Scranton, Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Interment St. Catherine's Cemetery Moscow.

Megan, Jeff, Ellie, Dennis and Family,

Sorry, I'm not able to be there. Margaret was truly a Beautiful person and surely will be missed by all. My heartfelt condolences go out to all of you.

So very sorry to hear about "Aunt" Margaret's passing. I have not seen her in many years, but I remember her as a beautiful woman and a beautiful person. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult tme.
