Geoffrey Kemp Caston CBE

CASTON Geoffrey Kemp CBE died peacefully on 19th January 2018, aged 91, in Exeter. He had a distinguished early career in the civil service where he was prominent in the UK mission to the UN in New York, the Schools Council and the University Grants Committee. He was later Registrar of the University of Oxford, Secretary-General of The Universities Vice Chancellor Committee and Vice Chancellor of the University of the South Pacific. Much-loved father to Kelty, Cathy and Ross, wonderful grandfather to Corinne, Ruth, Miranda, Gwynneth and Taran and caring stepfather to Zoe, Seb and Ezra.
