Allan Herbert Smith April 26, 1943 - February 18, 2013 Allan went home to be with the Lord. He was also a loved brother in law and uncle to many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Allan had many friends and affected the lives of many with his contagious laughter and good nature, always giving and watching over his loved ones, he loved the outdoors and his gardening and orchards. A graduate of St. Clair High School, he also attended Ferris State University. Allan was a vetran of the US Army. He retired after 32 years with Detroit Edison, and enjoyed the rest of his life farming and gardening on his homestead in Iowa, with his family all close by.
