Ronald L. Freemerman Obituary

BURLINGTON - Mr. Ronald L. Freemerman, 78, of 1880 Brookwood Avenue, Apt. 206, Burlington, died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 12:22 p.m.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Margaret. In addition to his wife of their home, survivors include a daughter, Susan Nolan and husband Philip of Virginia; two sons, Alex Freemerman and wife Nancy Maloney of Hillsborough, NC, and Stephen Freemerman and wife Ana Galvis of California; and seven grandchildren.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, he spent his career with General Electric and Bechtel Corporation managing nuclear power projects across the U.S.
A memorial service will be conducted at the Village at Brookwood in Burlington, NC, on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 or woundedwarriorproject.org.
Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington is assisting the family with arrangements.
