Kathy Robinson Obituary
Funeral services for Kathy Lynn Robinson will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Lone Star Pentecostal Church with Reverend Calvin Robinson and Reverend Greg Mortensen officiating. Committal services will follow in the Elisha Cemetery under the direction of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Kathy, 60, of Hineston, gained her wings on Saturday, August 27, 2016 in her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born March 5, 1956 in Oakdale to the union of Johnnie Afemon and Doris Weatherford Afemon. To Know her was to love her. She always had a smile on her face and camera in her hand. She never met a stranger and always wanted to help everyone. Her grandbabies were her world. She will be greatly missed by her family and her community.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Donnie Afemon.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her loving husband, Clifton Wayne Robinson of Hineston; two sons, Trenton Ben (Lorie) Robinson and Travis Wayne Robinson and his fiancé, Rebecca all of Hineston; three brothers, Larry Afeman and Billy Afemon both of Hineston, and Danny Afemon of McNary; one sister, Kay Padgett of Hineston; four grandchildren, Stephanie, Kevin, Chris, and Baylie; and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers to serve will be Jonathan Afemon, Jeffery Afemon, Buddy Robinson, Roy West, Kevin Hebert and Eddie Afeman.
Visitation will be held at Lone Star Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., then on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 8 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. at the church.

So sorry to hear this news. Kathy was such a kind, giving and caring lady who will be truly missed by all who knew her. Prayers to the family to find the strength to deal with this loss. But, we can find comfort knowing that God gained a beautiful angel and she is watching over all of us.
