Glenmora - Funeral services for Mary Elizabeth Boone Braddy will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, February 4, 2018 in the New Hope Baptist Church of Elmer with the Reverends Steve Speer and Rob McLane officiating. Committal service will follow in the New Hope Cemetery under the guidance of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Beth, 70, of Calcasieu, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in her residence. She was born June 15, 1947 to the union of James Boone and Gertrude Jordan Boone in Oakdale. She was Baptist by faith and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She loved music, word search puzzles, reading, and was a fan of the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints football teams. She was a loving homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Those who have gone before her are: her husband, Cetha Jerry Braddy Sr.; parents, James Boone and Gertrude Jordan Boone; one brother, Shelby Boone; one sister, Debra Bradley; one grandson, Nelson Ryan Fowler; one son-in-law, Robert David Fowler; one brother-in-law, Thomas Cedric Braddy; and father and mother-in-law, Thomas and Alma Braddy.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are: three daughters, Angelia Rene' McClure (Ronald) of Calcasieu, Amanda Lynn Parker (Robert) of Boyce, and Jennifer Fowler of Alexandria; one son, Cetha Jerry Braddy Jr. (Christine) of Sterlington; five grandchildren, Mark Brady (Bobbie), Jonathan Fowler, Amber Linzay (Tyler), Laci Fowler, and Carissa Sawyer; five great-grandchildren, Brooke Brady, Jazmine Brownell, Hailee Anderson, Brilee Grace Brady, and dear sweet Hunter Alan Linzay; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers to serve will be Ronald McClure, Robert Parker, Tyler Linzay, Tommy Braddy, Mark Braddy, and Jonathan Fowler.

Friends may call on Saturday, February 3, 2018 in the New Hope Baptist Church of Elmer from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 3 p.m.
