Wilda - Funeral services for Mrs. Elmer Elaine "Bug" Ferguson will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, February 5, 2018 at St. Clair Baptist Church, Gardner, with Reverend Randy Ellis officiating. Interment will follow in St. Clair Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mrs. Ferguson, age 80, of Wilda, entered eternal rest on Friday, February 2, 2018 in Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital.

Elaine was a loving mother and grandmother who was everyone's caregiver. She spent the majority of her time taking care of her family. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Ferguson is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Eunice Coleman; her loving husband, John Ferguson and her sister Irene Perkins.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her significant other, Albert Andries; her daughters, Donna Harness and her husband Wayne of Gardner, Doris "Mickey" Turner and her husband Buck of Wilda, Dolores Townley and her husband Jeff of Elmer; her sisters, Vivian Long, Mildred Brinkley and her husband L.C., Patricia Terrell; her grandchildren, Lauren T. Adkins and her husband Dylan, Devin Townley and his wife Kaitlyn, Kayla Harness, Megan Harness, Elaina Turner, John D. Townley and his wife Erynn, Peyton Townley; her great grandchildren, Landon Townley, Elizabeth Adkins, Emma Townley and Henry Adkins.

Visitation will be held at St. Clair Baptist Church, Gardner on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 8:30 am until time of service.

Pallbearers honored to serve will be her grandchildren.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Cabrini Special Procedures Department.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Clair Baptist Church Building Fund, 940 St. Clair Road, Boyce, LA, 71409.
