Dear DeCuir family,
I am so saddened to hear of Mark's passing. He was a dear friend to me, and my tax client for many years. We had just had a meeting on his impending retirement, and what to do with his finances. I am thankful that Mark was such a Godly man, and that he is now in the wealthy kingdom of God. May he rest in peace. If there is anything that I can assist with in handling his finances, or any information you may need, please do not hesitate to contact me. (409) 656-4999. May you all find peace with God.
