I was a patient of Dr Welch . He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes at the age of 5 and again at the age of. 9. He also tracked my care until I reached the age of 18. I loved Dr. Welch's compassion and genuine care . You will never be forgotten Dr. Welch and I will carry you in my heart forever.

I was a friend of his daughter, Deborah. I loved this family. One of my memories was in the early 80,s. I got married and he brought out a bottle of vintage champagne. I think I sang leaving on a jet plane after it was empty using it as my microphone. I love this family and miss them so much. Went to Montana in 1988, tried to stay in touch for so many years. Love you all, please connect 4068305044, your husband, dad, grandpa was a fine one, my prayers and heart are with you all.

Libba, I am thinking of you during this very sad time for you, the family and all of the people that knew Jim. I can still see him holding the little dog at our shelter that he was so worried about getting a home and wanting to adopt it, even though he could barely walk. So compassionate. And he was so thrilled to know that the little fellow found a wonderful new home. God Bless him for all of the love he spread around to people and to the animals. He will be remember for those wonderful things.
