Friday, at 1:00 p.m. Kansas time, I will also celebrate Nancy's life in prayers of thanksgiving and folk songs she taught me to love as well as hymns of thanksgiving. Since I cannot be physically present at St. Steve's with family, a spiritual connection through songs and prayers in Kansas will have to serve instead. How blessed we all have been by Nancy's love and example in this life.

Babs,
I saw the obituary for Nancy in today's Dispatch. I have such fond memories of her at St. Stephen's! A grand lady, wonderful person. I'm sure you miss her greatly.
I live in Athens now, as you probably know--and will be away on Friday, so cannot attend the memorial service for her. I will be having you and your family in my prayers, and I do know that Nancy is in good hands!
