Janice and Judy, I was so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I still remember how he would come through your family room and shake his head at us girls as we were frosting our hair or whatever the latest thing we had going on with our hair! All of our parents were such a big part of all of our lives. You have been lucky to have had both of yours for a lot longer than I had mine. God Bless you all.....Love, Kathy Caldwell

I was saddened to see the news of the passing of Reno. I have been gone from Arcata/Humboldt County for almost 30 years but remember Reno well. Served with him in the Arcata Voluteer Fire Dept in the 1953/1956 era. Again I was saddened to read the news.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I'll never forget my Mom taking me to Marino's right after a hugh earthquake and seeing all the booze flooding the floor. Reno always had the biggest smile and never seemed to let anything get him down. I have a lot of very happy memories of Willow Creek where there was always something going on. My thoughts are with you all.

Junie, Lynn, Judy, Janice, Rena and families. We were stunned to read Reno's obit this a.m. in a late paper. We were away and did not know of his service. I know your hearts are heavy with this loss and his passing will leave a huge hole in the family's fabric of life. June...you will now become a new woman and you will not be happy about all this will mean. Take heart from your family and be strong, always guarding your health. Grampa Tuki will be watching over you from above. We miss all the family celebrations...and Reno's jokes; and the good Willow Creek times. I won't forget him showing us how to rip off the extra grape vines on Gambi's old grapes at our cabin-1971! We are sending you all our love to keep you warm at this sad time. We just returned from Spain this morning and we were saddened to see that we have lost Reno. What a great man and a great friend to so many. Great smile, great sense of humor and always so classy. He was always very supportive of me and my family and I will remember him always. God Bless Reno.

Reno was a life long friend. We have many memories of our High School days & times in the American legion. He always had a smile on his face and usually a joke to tell you. We will miss him as all his friends will. May God bless him & keep him.....Dutch & Wilma Dolson

I met Reno and his family in 1981. A very giving, loving and all-around nice man. Was able to visit him a couple of weeks before his death. Still was funny with his Italian humor. Janet & I send our condolences to June and her family. Vic & Janet Ferro (Bend, Or)

Condolences from Rich and Julie Villegas. Reno was a great freind and mentor. He was always there to give help when help was needed. He will be missed by all of us. He was a dear friend who will never be forgotten. Marinos was a great place to work and he helped put a few of us through college by working there. His sense of humor will be missed. Clark Brown also sends his codolences to the family as we do.

Reno was such a character. Every time we saw each other he would have a joke or a humorous story. He made life cheerful.
