Royal Stauffacher Obituary

Royal A. Stauffacher was born December 26, 1950 and passed away on the mountain on September 5, 2010. Most important to him were his family and the mountain. He is survived by his wife Debra Stauffacher; his children Thomas Bennett, James Cameron and Danielle Cameron-Sproul; his grandchildren Quentin Sproul, and Alex and Andrew Bennett; his brothers and sisters, Arden and Larry, Floyd, Jackie Gorman, Guy Sheppard, Jay Sheppard and Forrest Foss. Uncle Buck,
I will always think of you as the BIGGEST BADDEST MAN in town. Uncle, you have always been their for me and my family during GOOD TIMES, BAD TIMES and the DRUNK TIMES...LOL LOL (no matter what.!!) I'm really going to miss you. My love and thoughts will always be with you forever and forever.

Uncle Buck we had to go to Hoopa for Kepas football game last weekend and passed the hill. Larrys tears just flow and so did mine. We miss you so much! Thank you Uncle Buck for ALL the GREAT TIMES!! May your light forever shine wherever you go. Uncle Buck your memories will forever be in our HEARTS.....always,

Knew Buck since the 1970s and even was lucky enough to drink many a beer with him many times.
He definitely was a person who could bring smiles and good cheer to people upon entering a room. And once he was a friend, he was a good and loyal friend.
