To Family and Friends of Mr. Lacy Manns,
To Monica and Gail and the entire Family and Friends, you have our condolences and prayers. May all of your hearts be comforted and be blessed with the memories.
If you will humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, in his good time he will lift you up. Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you. IIPeter 5:6-7
Mr. Lacy ,as known by many, was a very hard worker and such a strong will with a smile that was inspiring with words of wisdom and encouragement, and laughter that brought calm after the storm. He very appreciative of the small things.
Even through his battle and physical challenges over the years, he would find something to do to stay busy. He would share with anyone working all the time to take it easy and to slow it down and to just enjoy life. Although he relocated to Georgia, it was a pleasure and a blessing to see him visiting from across the miles to share his stories and smiles. Thank you.
Mr. Lacy has a new body and has begun his heavenly days in the great hands of God. He was a neighbor and friend to my family for many years and he will be truly missed but never forgotten.

To the Manns Family,
We are all very sorry to hear that you lost Mr. Mann. In his old neighborhood we use to call him Mr. Lacy. He was a very kind man that kept to himself. He and my husband use to like to tinker with old trucks and cars. He always went to Bedford and would come back with lots of apples. The neighbors use to love it when he bought apples back from his visit. May he rest in peace.
Sincerely,
The Jackson Family

To the Mann Family,
I am very sorry to hear that you lost Mr. Lacy, he was a very nice and quiet man that did not bother anyone. He was a good friend to my husband while we were neighbors. My husband was a collector of old trucks and they use to like to tinker with old cars and trucks.. I remember when my children were small and he would go to the mountains and bring back lots of apples, and share with the neighbors while he lived in the east end. We would have apples for days (smile). He is in Gods care now and eating His fruits
Sincerely,
Mrs. Jackson

Bill, Esther, and the rest of the Manns family, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Death doesn't mean goodbye, but farewell for now because we know that we will meet again on the other side of Glory. Let your memories smile forever in your heart.

We complain about the cross we bear but don't realize it is preparing us for the dip in the road that God can see and we cannot.
Whatever your cross,
whatever your pain,
there will always be sunshine, after the rain....
Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall;
But God's always ready, to answer your call....
He knows every heartache, sees every tear,
a word from His lips, can calm every fear...
Your sorrows may linger, throughout the night,
But suddenly vanish, by dawn's early light...
The Savior is waiting, somewhere above,
to give you His grace, and send you His love.
May God fill your days with blessings as we remember “POP.” Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle!
