Winifred F. Carpenter

CARPENTER, Winifred F., 81, of Richmond, passed away quietly Monday, June 21, 2010. She is survived by her three daughters, Ruth Ann Armstrong, Margaret Fee Faison and Cheryl Diane Leeser; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, Gabriella Leilani Castro; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Ryan Wesley Leeser. The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice Virginia at Retreat Hospital for the loving care shown to their mother. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road, and where a funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Friday. Interment private. Winnie was loved and will be missed.
