Ann, I am so very sorry and shocked to learn of Carrington's death.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in the difficult days ahead. Since we moved from the Northern Neck I have missed seeing both of you and keep hoping I can catch up with you when I have occasion to come to White Stone. As you probably know I have not sold our house there. Hope to see you in near future. Love and prayers.

I am sorry to hear about the passing of Carrington. I did business with him for several years, and always admired his character, his honesty, and his sense of humor. He was a cantankerous old bird that always let me know where he stood and how he felt, but good or bad, it was always done with fairness and honesty. He had a big heart, I admired him greatly and will miss him. My condolences to the family.

Ann and family, we are sorry for your loss of a great husband and friend. I enjoyed being a friend and neighbor and having the opportunity to spend some time fishing with Carrington and visiting in your home. Your hospitality was never to be forgotten.
