Norma Simms

SIMMS, Norma H., 94, of Mechanicsville, went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Linwood W. Simms. She is survived by her cousins, John T. Tatum and his wife, Maggie, Lynwood E. Tatum III and his wife, Deborah, and extended family at Covenant Woods. She retired from Sears Roebuck and Co., and was a lifelong member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 26, 2010, at Oakwood Cemetery.
