LANIER, Anna May, 75, of Richmond, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. She was preceded in death by a son, Carl David Heppe; and granddaughter, Renee Lea Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Anita White; grandson, Ray V. Smith III; great-granddaughter, Anna Lea Friedhoff; one sister, two brothers; dearest friends, Rita, Shirley and Jeanne; as well as many other loving friends. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Cremation Society of Virginia, 1927 Westmoreland Street, Richmond, Va. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I will miss you very much mama anna, she is back with her best friend gambling in heaven, she was so great and told you like it was. she was a very strong lady i love her very much.

Anita and Family, you and your family are in our prayers. I am sure that Anna has found a bowling Alley in heaven with her name on it. God bless her. I am honored to have known her. She was a very special lady.
