I am sorry to hear of Cathy's loss with the battle of cancer. I am a surviver of cancer once, and am now battling it again. God takes some of us early and some are still taking the suffering to the cross. May the Perpetual Light Shine on Her.

James,
My deepest sympathies on Cathy's passing. Though I was not aware of her illness until recently, I have fond memories of working with her and for her in the cath lab so many years ago. Her cheerful and calm demeanor were an inspiration to us all. She will be greatly missed. Tess O'Neal

I am proud to say that I worked with Cathy in the Cardiac Cath Lab at HDH. The Cardiac Cath team at HDH is a wonderful group of nurses, techs and doctors. To say they are a family is an understatement. Cathy was a big part of this family. Cathy will be missed by all that knew her and I offer my sincere condolences to the Bolton family, the HDH Cath Lab Family and to Cathy's many friends and loved ones whose lives she touched. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

James-
I am very much saddened to hear the devastating news of your wife. Words are always hard to find when loved ones enter into a new journey that is different from the one we are living. May you and your family be comforted by loving memories of her that you will carry forever in your hearts. I hope knowing that she is in God's hands & that she is watching over you and the girls helps to ease your pain.
I hope that God will show his heavenly purpose through these things which are impossible to understand on our own. You are in my thoughts on this sad day.
My deepest sympathies.

To me Cathy was the perfect person. She was beautiful, smart and had a smile that could brighten any day. HDH will not be the same but our lost is heaven's gain. To the Bolton family-my prayers for comfort and peace. May the Lord hold you in his loving arms and help guide you through this most difficult time.

Cathy was a very special friend and sister in Christ to Sandy and me. We were very close friends for 25 years and we will miss her greatly. She exhibited a phenomenal Christian spirit and squeezed the essence out of life. Every day was a new opportunity for Cathy and to say her presence will be missed is an understatement. We were blessed by knowing and having such special times with Cathy over these many years.

Cathy was such a beautiful person, inside and out, and a wonderful caregiver. She was a role model for all nurses at HDH, and will be greatly missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time. May God bless you and provide strength and comfort for you all. Love you Cathy!
